Yuzu and Ryujinx give you occasional 60fps boosts (and higher quality, mods, etc.) but bring you down to the 20's in certain regions and then there's also shader compilation, which will occur no matter your rig or the resolution you're playing at.

In Yuzu select ToTK, go to Files in the top left corner - Install to NAND and select your 1.1 update file.
