For stubborn takedown levers : 1) Wear gloves or use the Sig Armorer "SIG Tool". 2) Lock back the slide. 3) Push up on the end of the guide rod. 4) Rotate lever to 6:30-7:00. 5) You're in business.On my P320 I took the slide off the frame, took the take down lever out, put a little TW25 on it, reinserted and worked it multiple times with the slide still off the frame. With it in the 6:00 position put the slide back on and return the lever to normal.
