Not sure, but my frustration level and the machine are both much better now. All kidding aside, the concept of the Litter Robot 4 and incumbent technology is wonderful, but I wonder if it is just a little too technically advanced in hardware and firmware "stuff" which renders it too advanced for a pet pooh device.My litter robot two lights are sticking on. The reset and empty buttons wont turn off. If i hit recycle it will cycle however when its done recycling the two light stag on again. I have unplugged it . I have trued everything.
