If I remember well, in TP you have to scan the amiibo to enter the "wolf dungeon" (or whatever its name is) and rescan is to save the wolf state (the HP). I guess that when you scan it the second time it modify the data stored in the NFC tag, so Cemu should be able to do it with your backup file.
