I have both and am currently reviewing the Phase 4. Agree that if you own the V3X you may want the incremental improvements delivered by the Phase 4.

With Mathews, every mod is optimized for your draw length to maximize performance. So I would start there. Mathews, PSE, and Bowtech get my attaboy nods. I don’t love the Mach30 but I think it’s a solid offering and fills a niche. Mathews and the weight they got back to on their bows, the aesthetics of them, and they at minimum didn’t go backwards in performance. They are both very nice bows, but the CP30 draw cycle in comfort and the BT grip would probably sway me towards the Bowtech.
