You get runic impression from magus as a focus feat at 9th level and runic mind smithing at 10th level. At 16th take advanced runic mind smithing to get greater types of runes from mind smithing. You also increase runic impression ro greater forms as well.That is the biggest hurdle for this build imo. You won't be a full gunslinger, so won't have your way reload until later levels to help even out your action economy. And Magus in general is already pretty action starved. Starlit is less so than the melee centric ones, but spellstrike being 2 actions makes it tough to fit in reload actions. Consider a Captain America build so you can Grapple.
