The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl. Most of the jets were clear but I still used music wire and air to clear any blockages. Pull the spark arrestor out, you can either soak it in carb/combustion chamber cleaner or what I have found to work really well is to heat it up with a propane torch, then wire brush the build up off.
