I cut the head off it and unscrewed the rest with pliars, a body saw is your friend. To install the new bridge I shortened that one bolt just enough for it to fit, haven't had a problem in 4 years. Y-Bridge is rocksteady now that I installed this strap on my 2006 LBZ. It’s a lot of work to get all the parts moved from the way to get to the bridge bolts, but nothing hard. Bending the strap to fit proved easier than anticipated. LBZ uses the outside holes on the strap. Have a cool head and take your time.
