Posted: 11/25/2005 1:26:22 PM EDT. We went shooting this afternoon and I brought my Springfield XD-9. It is a fine little pistol. Here it is along with my Glock 19. The Springfield shoots great. I have shot thousands of rounds through it without the first bobble. It is accurate.As I mentioned in the video to me the advantage of the Glock 19 is it gives you the same length barrel as the XD with only one less round in a smaller package. I am aware of the sub-compact XD and for the same reason I would compare that to the Glock 26 or 27, not the 19.
