There must have been a misunderstanding. The information given to sounds to me like it was for economy class. They might thought you travel on a B777 and think about row 21. But even there the bassinet is fixed to the bulkhead / wall. In business class A380 the seats with bassinet are either 6 D/G or 22 D/G.
