As far as i remember you could get a emergency broadcast receiver, i think once a week, from good old Iteration Helios in the flying ball of glory (Known as The Anomaly). I started a completely new Save with Custom Difficulty but dont seem to get my emergency broadcast receiver from Helios anymore. The consequences are that the loading time (when tou warp to another star system) is much longer than it should AND you can't interract with Helios AND the price of the emergency brodcast receiver doesn't reset.
