Remove the oil pressure gauge and take a small stiff piece of wire and you can unclog the hole. I had the same issue with a 37 A. It takes some. patience but it can be done. When this tractor was evening used daily we never had any trouble with the steering. Now that it only gets used very little we have steering trouble.
