I had to replace my main battery on my 2018 Pacifica a few months ago. It had the same issue, (won't start, dashboard lights went crazy) I didn't replace my AUX battery though. My AUX battery was replaced about 2 years ago by the dealer when the car was under warranty. The symptoms were: start/stop disabled, no remote start and that's about it.
