Sorry I don’t have a more scientific fix. I’m having trouble adding 3 Honeywell RTH9585 Smart Thermostats to ST. I’m able to get one added through the linked TCC.Factory reset EvoHome controller. Unlink from Google Home ("Honeywell Total Connect Comfort Intl" in my case). Go through the "Guided Configuration" and add ALL zones. Check they then all appear correctly in the app (again "Honeywell Total Connect Comfort Intl" for me).
