Make sure if you use a Benediction macro to put the action first and the text second (good practice, anyway, since if you start spamming a macro it won't spam the text) or you'll have not only the animation delay and the macro delaying it, but the macro order delaying it even further.

IMO, the best cheeky rez macros are the ones used by healers who die all over the place themselves.
